Service Description

Join us for a class to explore and practice the fundamentals of yoga with an experienced and kind teacher. Move through Breath work (Pranayama), Movement (Asana) & Relaxation. Postures are adapted to fit you. Reduce stress whilst developing strength, flexibility and calm. Blocks, mats, straps provided.
