Service Description

Go deeper into your yoga practice with this class. Explore more of the eight limbs of yoga in a mindful and steady paced way. This is a space for you to listen inwardly and respond to themes, ideas and simply connect with yourself through asana, breath practices and time to meditate. Held in the beautiful Bedminster Quaker Hall with floor to ceiling windows overlooking an abundant green garden and wild space. Every part of you is welcome into this nurturing class, develop you practice with Nicola an experienced, creative and kind teacher. Mats, blocks and straps are provided or bring your own kit. I look forward to seeing you there.
