Service Description

The journey through Peri-Menopause and beyond is a challenging time in a woman's life, join us to explore and celebrate the metamorphosis towards your Second Spring. This workshop explains the phases of menopause starting in our mid 30's offers community, information and support for hormonal, physical and mental changes. Come as you are, to practice creative and supportive tools for wellbeing. With active and restorative yoga poses that support and strengthen; breathing techniques clinically proven to reduce anxiety and insomnia; guided meditations & Yoga Nidra's that ease the journey, with discussions in the company and wisdom of other women. We move through a range of topics specific to this potent phase of a woman's life. Led by Nicola Percy, an experienced yoga teacher qualified in All Stages of Menopause Yoga. Bring a blanket for cosy relaxation.
