Join us for this welcoming weekly class to explore and practice the fundamentals of yoga with an experienced and kind teacher. Move through Breathwork (Pranayama), Movement (Asana) & Relaxation. Postures are adapted to fit you. Reduce stress whilst developing strength, flexibility and calm.
