Service Description

Join us for autumn term of Thursday 2-3pm yoga. Explore and practice the fundamentals of yoga with an experienced and kind teacher. Move organically through Breath work (Pranayama), Movement (Asana) & Relaxation. Our practice is playful, deep, and tailored to fit. Nicola offers an holistic and intuitive practice designed to reach you on all levels. Build confidence in the core postures and practices of yoga and explore organic movements aimed to shift energy and develop awareness inside and out. This class held at the peaceful Bedminster Quaker Hall overlooking a verdant and inviting garden. Reduce stress whilst developing strength, flexibility and calm. Blocks, mats, straps provided, just turn up!
