Yoga Classes
I call to those of all ages who want to maintain or grow their yoga practice with a kind and experienced teacher in a supportive environment. Choose from a range of weekly classes around Bristol, in person or online with Zoom. I also offer private 1:1’s and sessions/courses tailored for groups and Corporate organisations.
Teaching yoga is a joyous sharing of my deep love and enduring relationship with yoga and all its benefits. It's a way of connecting people to themselves, to community and to the bigger world picture where we are all needed. All of my sessions include a warm-up to prepare the body for a content-rich, mindfully paced practice, with a deep relaxation to end. Perfect for those wanting to step away from the pace of modern life, if even for an hour or two to renew themselves. My interest in how the body works and where it goes wrong leads to stretches, strengthening, breath and stillness that supports good health in everyday life.

1:1 Bespoke Yoga Session - £45

A one-to-one session with a personalised yoga programme designed for you. This session considers who you are, and applies yoga to the areas you want to work on. Using physical postures, yogic breathing exercises and meditations to bring about a healthier, stronger and more flexible you.
Corporate Sessions - From £65
(Online or In Person)
The benefits of yoga and its ability to boost productivity and well-being are now well known. Corporate sessions come to your office in person as tailor-made sessions for people who want to break their day up with yoga at work. I offer a wide range of classes and courses from chair, beginners, intermediate, advanced, pregnancy and menopause yoga sessions. Please contact me for a chat.
