Life good and bad, helps to create practices of yoga and wellbeing that develop resilient, kindness and ways to find rest in what can be trying times.
If you are not in those times this will simply keep you steady and top up resources of wellbeing and returning to yourself, your home, if you are stressed or tired my aim is to bring you in the right direction .
You will notice I am weaving in some fascial release work this term from the latest bit of training I am doing with Gabrielle Harris. Come explore a bit more of that, people have loved it so far.
Nurturing ways from mind, heart and body, bring us to rest in present moment awareness.
I have a new body of light and wisdom Yoga Nidra in Yin class tonight, many of you may know I am an artist and love to bring my Nidras alive with well observed and poetic descriptions, our imagination is such a powerful ally.
I hope you can come join us either in person, online or as a recording to the session left this term.
