Gather for this celebration of the Lunar New Year and the Year of the Fire Horse. 6.30-8pm at Bedminster Quaker Hall. Join us in person or online recording sent too. If like me you are ready to release the skin of the past year, the year of the snake and move into the energy of the fire horse please join us in a sequence of breathwork, meditation, yogic movement practices and relaxation via a themed yoga Nidra. Places limited.
