Full Moon Yoga on Sunday

Greetings all and I hope that you are finding the time to take care of yourself.
With kindness, patience, encouragement and all the qualities we find easy to lavish on others. Turn this towards your own self, for if you are empty or depleted there is less balance and less to give others.
With a few breaths, a feeling of the ground under your feet, and a look around at the changing season, or the stars in the night sky. Gaze up at the moon these next few nights and watch it swell to fullness for the Hunters moon. On Sunday we will celebrate these past weeks and attune to nature outside and within us.
