Midweek medicine weekly sessions

I invite you to explore yourself through yoga, movement and wellbeing practices in my tailored midweek classes

Classes are in person at Bedminster Quaker Hall BS3 

and also online/recorded if you can't make it.

Going Deeper Flow class from 6.30-7.40pm weaving mindfulness, somatic and yoga flow practices with breathwork and supported rest.

From 7.50-9pm deep slow supported stretch with yin yoga followed by a crafted yoga nidra to reset and regulate your nervous system.
