The full moon represents the completion of one month's cycle. Typically seeds, ideas and intentions are sewn with the new moon, growing, rising, expanding. The full moon represents fruition, release, completion, also inviting us to let go and move ever onwards in the present moment.
We will practice moon salutations, peaceful warrior sequences alongside longer held poses and practices that invite celebration and reflection.
Join us at Bedminster Quaker Hall, all women are welcome and especially those in the peri&menopause phases of life.
Lights, candles, gentle action in movement, breath, spirit.
