Vinyasa, to Yin, to Nidra

With breath and focus on gratitude, we will journey from stillness to a flowing gentle vinyasa of moon salutations into longer held yin poses and into a deeply nourishing yoga Nidra.

Being the last class before Christmas, I look forward to seeing you online or feel free to book a recording.
