As we launch into November I paused to create 6 weeks of nourishing and thoughtful yoga to support and inspire you as we head towards the festive break. It can be incredibly stressful so lets not be broken by the time we get there. I believe yoga practice changes throughout the year and needs to be tailored to fit. This term is all about supportive, warming and inspiring practices for body, mind and spirit.
If you have attended my classes you will know I bring decades of yoga and wellbeing experience into my offerings including flowing somatic movement, nervous system regulation, self massage and visualisation on top of a solid foundation of classical and functional yoga of the 8 limbed tradition.
Be in a rich holding space, a place to come just as you are to move, breathe, rest and meditate together. Classes are available in person or online and termly bookings get a weekly yin and nidra recording.
I run three classes on a Wednesday different kinds of midweek medicine.
6.30-7.40pm Going Deeper, Intermediate mindful flow at Bedminster Quaker Hall
7.50-9pm Deep Rest and Restore with Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra at Bedminster Quaker Hall.
