Beginners & Stress release Classes begin Thursday

Here is hoping you are all well and ready to do some yoga this term the beginners class starts on Thursday 2 November 2-3pm.

We will develop some sequences that can be practiced at home like a daily vitamin pill. As December can get very busy with everything, we will start with 5 sessions in November and then decide about December.

This term is tailored towards practices for the winter months to support physical and emotional wellbeing with a celebratory circle class to end with hot tea and snacks.

I'd like to boost the numbers so if you have any friends that might like a gentle and stress reducing class please share news with them, this term the first class is free for new students.

This class is accessible to everyone so please get in touch to chat with me if finances are stretched at the moment.
