Commitment to Yoga

Despite the worst of Covid being behind us, there is still turbulence, or covid hangover in the air and life has a habit of getting in the way of things that support and nourish us. Like yoga!

With the summer holidays in sight, I have carved out the rest of June to encourage you to practice yoga regularly. We will start a 4-week block of Yin and Nidra on Wednesday nights starting tomorrow (more about Sundays later). This will be in-person and online at Bedminster Quaker Hall 8-9pm, a recording will be sent out each week for you to revisit. Let's monitor how this deep and nourishing practice helps us. Let me know if you can bring your own bolster.

We will go deeper into the Chinese meridians and breath and Nidra practices that will sustain and restore you. Drop in places are available if space allows.

As an independent small business, it is my dream for you to book in month blocks; this reserves your place and commitment plus reassures me classes will be attended and costs covered. A month of Yin and Nidra pass. To those who already do, a thousand blessings and thanks. Monthly passes also save you money.

If you are a Move GB'er you can still book in advance or I can on your behalf.

If you ever can't get to your session you are welcome to attend a different class that week (space allowing), or enjoy the recording knowing you have missed no part of the month's offering.

If you want to invest in your Yin practice, a yoga bolster is a fantastic addition, I can order these with my teachers discount, last time they came in around £25 for the large buckwheat ones or there are some lightweight portable ones.

If you like to chop and change between Sundays, Wednesdays the 4 week, 4 in person class pass might suit you well. Please remember to book in so I know you are coming.

My love of yoga, community wellbeing and what it does for you is what spurs me on and I hope you will join us this week to practice yoga for mind, body and soul.
