It's been an interesting and exciting week, we worked a lot on bone health to clearly explain what happens to your bones, from 35 years of age up. There is so much to be done to keep strong and healthy. I will be sharing this in general classes as this information is vital for everyone.
The first 4-week Peri&Menopause course went really well. It was precious to offer this affirming and vital information and the space to practice yoga and relaxation together, the gardens and room have amazing energy. There will be two more 'Second Spring' (peri&menopause ) Wednesday evening classes 7 and 14 July 7-8.30 at Bedminster Quaker Centre.
There are a few spaces left on the Peri&Menopause Yoga retreat at Workout Ashton tomorrow 4 July 1.30-4.30pm in person.
Tomorrow join us for Mindful Hatha Flow for all, either in person or online from 9.45-11 am at Urban Gym or to wherever you are.
The Restore & Recharge online Friday evening 6-7pm session had an expansive and soulful soundtrack to add further layers of relaxation, plus a golden thread breath and a gold-infused yoga nidra
