Did you know I ran a year of full moon yoga Circles last year and we gathered together to celebrate each one.
After 2023's celebration of Full Moons I heard of the resulting transformation and growth, peace and connection, which totally blew me away.
I would like to go one step further this year and create an intentional self growth group for 2024 based around the phases of the moon.
