Hope you are doing well.

This Wednesday evening 8-9 pm - (it could be earlier next week), we return to our precious Yin and Yoga Nidra sessions at Quaker Hall, Wedmore Vale BS3

Online, in person or recorded

There is no greater intentional rest than this for body, mind and soul.

As we move into Autumn adjust tempo, and align nature outside and within. Each week choreographed supported stretches loosen and unfold, with ideas and imagery to nurture your wellbeing. I hope you will join us.
