Restore Yourself...

A reminder that our last 2 sessions of Yin and Nidra are this evening and next Wednesday 8-9 pm. Then a 2-week break before the summer schedule starts the week of August 8.

In mid-summer, we need rest more than we imagine, as we are building reserves for autumn and winter. But with all that light and sunshine our energies can draw us to activity upon activity, action upon action.

Each week in this class a crafted sequence of long-held yin poses, breaths, visualisations and somatic healing practices.

All of this is sealed into your system via the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra. Last week we explore the full moon with full moons placed all around the body, the week before a heart full of colour travelling. Come and see what I have in store this evening. Hope to see you there.
