Letting go, letting go of the good, the bad, the indifferent. That is the invitation in this mornings class, to be in the gift of the present moment. We can hold on to the past and dream into the future. Satya is a yogic term to mean truth, reality, without illusions or misjudgement. That's what we will explore in our breath, asana and relaxation 9.45-11 this morning. The word sat means “that which exists, that which is.” Satya, therefore, is seeing and communicating things as they actually are, not as we wish them to be. In our breath, in our body, we can develop skills of experiencing the world with greater compassion and clarity
