Tonight Full Moon classes before Yule!

​Hey All

Just a reminder we will continue with our deeply nourishing classes this eve.

We have been working on stability and roots with grounding and centring practices and there will be some full moon symbology and practices this eve.

Come and join us for some deep winters rest and movement to come home to yourself.

Peaceful Flow 6.30-7.40 and Stretch and Rest with Yin and NIdra 7.50-9pm.

Both in person at Bedminster Quaker Hall  and online/recorded. 

Winter Solstice Class is live 4.30-6pm 21 December at Quaker Hall.
