September: First Friday and Sunday

Did you have the summer you wished for? Did you get away from it all and find space to let your tides out? I hope so. We sometimes get what we want and we sometimes get what we get! For me, yoga improves just about everything, the good, the bad and the ugly.

I am busy cooking up an autumn of classes and events so keep your eyes out for next weeks news.

Today and Sunday we have our normal offerings:

Online this eve 6-7 pm Release & Restore, a mellow blend of mindful movement, long-held yoga poses and a poetic yoga Nidra to put you back together again. Available as a recording all week long.

Sunday our 9.45-11am hybrid in-person/online Hatha Flow class. A waning moon will lead us through sequences of breath and movement. Let's go into depth on one posture each week, to really deepen what we know. Pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation too.

The 4-week Peri&Menopause Yoga Course is back, in-person and (online for regulars) from Wednesday 15 September 7-8.30pm. In South Bristol at Bedminster Quaker Hall. Let me know if you can join us, I have a discount code for you.
