We will transform the space for a quiet, empowering and nourishing afternoon in the company and wisdom of other women.
The journey through Peri-Menopause, to Menopause and beyond can be a challenging time in a woman's life. Join me to learn vital information, (the missing information!), about all stages of menopause, the first part starts in our mid 30's and practice tailor-made yoga to support the hormonal, physical and mental changes.
I offer a welcoming space, come as you are, to practice active and restorative yoga poses that mobilise, support and strengthen; breathing techniques clinically proven to reduce anxiety, and deep relaxation to ease the journey. There is a Second Spring beyond this transitional phase of life with good health, energy and new adventures to be had.
