Termly Classes go live !

​Dear Yogi's

I hope you had a fantastic summer and are slowly moving into the  season of Summer/Autumn, that funny time of year when we notice everything changing. We might not be ready to let go of Summer, but it's fading anyways. This term classes are tailored to support that transition and guide you into the new season.

Find your peace in the ever open arms of yoga and come home to yourself. 

There are three classes on Wednesdays with a gentle sunrise class in the morning at 7.30 am and an intermediate active flow class 6.30 - 7.40 pm; and for those needing to rest and repair, the last class of the day is Yin and Nidra 7.50-9pm. This class offers slow held postures that work the deeper layers of the body, the connective tissues, ligaments , joints and soul ending in a spoken word yoga nidra. I hope one of these offerings is right for you and you will become part of our vibrant and friendly yoga community close to Victoria Park, South Bristol. Some classes are online and recorded too.

For now Thursdays Wellbeing class is shape shifting, I will let you know where it goes.
