City of Jewels, Mani Pura Today

Did you know there is a city of jewels within you? The home of your unique essence and Mani Pura, the third Chakra, based around the navel.

Tonight we return to our exploration of the chakra's and unravel some of the mystery of the ideas and yogic practices that tune up and tune into this third energetic centre. Whether you take on the ancient wisdom as writ or use the theme to become curious and more self aware, tonights practices of Energising Flow at 6.30pm or Mellow Yin & Nidra at 7.50pm we will dive into the pelvis and hip region, with lots of self care exploring.
