And so we begin yoga in 2026

Happiest and healthiest New Year to you all.

I hope that you had a great break and feel refreshed as we welcome the lightening days. It was an absolute pleasure to teach two special events for the Winter Solstice and New Years Eve. Wild Box was a treat to teach in and I aim to bring more specials there in 2026.

This week I have been putting all the pieces in place, letting the dust and glitter settle from last year and preparing for this years offerings.

When I am not teaching and during breaks I go into my practice of yoga more deeply and this reminds me of the many reason I am so glad and happy to teach others what has become a very long love affair and life support system to me .

As well as keeping the body strong and limber, it works on the mind calming and sensitising, encouraging discernment, and the nervous system is regulated in the way we do yoga.

We explored the first two chakras last term and will go deeper into the next ones this term as well as our wide reaching practice of the eight limbs of yoga.

I hope you can join us , cheers and to your very good health 2026 !
