Transform with tonights Strawberry Full Moon classes

This term we are exploring transformation in the heart season of year according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. Thus tonights Strawberry Full Moon is a perfect night to come out to play, move and explore what needs to change or transform in you. I like to embody the themes we are working with and had a big fire last week to invite change. It's going pretty well so far. Come and join us for intermediate level flow at 6.30pm or a soothing and restful time with Yin and Nidra at 7.50-9pm.
